This year’s Law & Media Conference, sponsored by the Ohio State Bar Association, will be Friday, Oct. 3, at the state bar’s headquarters in Columbus. 
The keynote address will be delivered by Prof. Mark Goodman, recently named the Knight Chair in Scholastic Journalism at Kent State’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
Goodman, a lawyer and former executive director of the Student Press Law Center, will be discussing the latest developments in censorship of the student press.
The day-long conference will also feature panel discussions on libel, privacy and the internet, access to public records and bench-bar-media relations.
